Introducing the Wesley Referral Program: Give 50%, Get 50%
At Wesley, we’re building a better way for accounting firms to manage bookkeeping across their practice.
Along the way, one of the things we’ve appreciated most is the support we’ve received from the accounting community. Many of our customers have introduced Wesley to fellow accountants, shared their experiences, and helped other firms discover a more efficient way to handle bookkeeping.
Recently, several accounting firms asked us whether we could create a referral program for accountants who introduce Wesley to other firms.
So, we did.
Refer an Accounting Firm and You Both Get 50% Off for Two Months
The Wesley Referral Program is simple:
Refer a fellow accountant or accounting firm to Wesley. If they sign up for a paid subscription, you’ll both receive 50% off for two months.
There’s no referral link to generate, no special portal to join, and no complicated process.
How It Works
- Tell a fellow accountant about Wesley. If you know an accountant or accounting firm that could benefit from automating repetitive bookkeeping work, introduce them to Wesley.
- Ask them to mention your name. When they schedule a demo or sign up, simply have them tell us that you referred them.
- They become a paying Wesley customer. Once the referred firm starts a paid Wesley subscription, the referral is confirmed.
- You both get 50% off for two months. We’ll provide the discount to both the referring Wesley customer and the newly referred customer.
That’s it.
Why We’re Launching This Program
Wesley has grown in large part through accountants telling other accountants about their experience with the platform.
We think that makes sense. Accounting firms often learn about new tools from people they trust, especially other professionals who understand the challenges of managing bookkeeping across many clients.
If you take the time to introduce Wesley to another firm, we want to give something back to both sides.
The referring firm saves on its Wesley subscription, and the new firm gets an opportunity to start using Wesley at a significant discount.
Who Should You Refer?
Wesley is built specifically for accounting firms managing bookkeeping for multiple business clients.
A referral may be a good fit if the accountant or firm is looking to:
- Automate repetitive bookkeeping workflows
- Process bank statements and transaction data more efficiently
- Reduce time spent on transaction categorization and data entry
- Manage bookkeeping for many clients from one workspace
- Reduce the cost of accounting software across their client base
- Increase bookkeeping capacity without adding proportional headcount
If that sounds like a firm you know, we’d love an introduction.
Referral Program FAQ
Do I need a referral link or referral code?
No. Simply ask the accountant you refer to mention your name during their demo or when they sign up for Wesley.
If they forget, they can also contact us afterward and let us know who referred them.
When do we receive the discount?
Once the referred accounting firm becomes a paying Wesley customer, we’ll provide the 50% discount to both the referring customer and the new customer.
The discount applies for two months.
Can I refer more than one accountant?
Yes. You can refer as many accountants or accounting firms as you’d like.
Does the accountant I refer also receive the discount?
Yes. That’s the idea. Both the referring Wesley customer and the newly referred customer receive 50% off for two months.
Know an Accountant Who Might Benefit from Wesley?
Tell them about Wesley and ask them to mention your name when they speak with us.

Thank you to everyone who has recommended Wesley, shared feedback, and supported us as we continue building a better bookkeeping platform for accounting firms.
We appreciate having you with us.
